A break from the weather, a break from the usual routine, or simply a break from being our own worst critic. These are times when self-care is most needed, however we tend to put this on the back-burner in times of stress. As we are told time and again on airplanes: in order to take good care of others, we must take care of ourselves. The below website offers a self-care assessment, to see what areas in our lives we may need to pay more attention to.
