Hello Newcastle Parents,
Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any social or emotional concerns for your child – I can get to know them and offer ideas and resources to best support their needs.  A common issue parents bring to me involves stress/anxiety – Here is a useful article with ideas for ways parents can turn anxiety symptoms around.

School Supplies
If you need any extra school supplies, please reach out to me and let me know how I can support your child, as we have extra backpacks and supplies to start 2019 off right.
 
Power Packs
Reminder that Newcastle is partnering with the Issaquah Food Bank (IFB) to provide weekend snacks and meals to students. Please let me or your teacher know if you are interested in this for your child.  Power Pack pick-up happens every Friday afternoon as students leave for the bus.
